Welcome to Alphatown, a sleepy village in nowhere land, where the sun shines, crops grow, sheep roam unmolested and life was peaceful and happy.
Until now, as a group of Werewolves have moved in to the area hiding themselves amongst honest folk and killing sheep.
This went too far when this morning, the mayor was found dead with a note pinned to his chest stating the intention of the wolves to take over the village.
All is not lost however a town is never truly defenceless.
On the side of the Townspeople, there is a Seer in the game. The Seer is able, once per Night, to email me the name of any other player. I will tell them what role that player has.
There's also a Guardian Angel. The Guardian Angel can likewise email me a name each Night; however, the player they tell me will be safe from werewolf attacks for that Night, should the werewolves target them.
There are also Masons in the game. Masons are Townspeople who know each other and know that they are not werewolves. Sadly due to the throat-ripping, Masons are unable to meet at Night to talk... but they still know that at least some other people are certainly not werewolves.
But the werewolves have an Alpha Wolf. In the event of a tie, the Alpha Wolf has final decision as to which player to kill during the Night. In addition, the Alpha Wolf will appear to be a Townsperson if the Seer investigates them.
Each Day you will vote for one of your number to be lynched in the hope that you can get the wolves before they get you, as each Night the Wolves wreak their bloody havoc on the town.

The Rules of the game
1. The Day/Night Cycle Each Day will last for exactly five days (120 hours); Each Night will last for exactly 2 days (48 hours). All posts will be timestamped against the domebo server clock and votes must carried out BEFORE the deadline. Please note: Dawn/Dusk will be 20:00 GMT.
2. Posting You may discuss strategy at Day but not at Night. If you have access to outside boards, you may only post strategy to them by Night. You may not edit your posts.
3. Off-Board Communication Is permitted via officially sanctioned methods only. For the record, no game-related private messaging among players is permitted.
4. Voting You may vote to lynch another player by using the vote CatInASuit
construction, ie: in bold blue on a seperate line. If you wish to unvote, then use the following vote CatInASuit . Whoever has the most votes at the time a Game Day ends will be lynched. Only one person can be lynched at end of Day. If two or more players have an equal number of votes, there will be no Lynch. Votes are reset at the start of each Day.
5. Vote Count A vote count will be provided through the Day listing those players with votes and who has voted for them.
6. Participation There will be no hard and fast rules regarding participation, except this one: please participate.
7. Questions. If you have a question about your role. PM the moderator.
8. If you have a question about the game, post it clearly in the thread in the green.
