You know, there is a delicious irony in the fact that people can vote for the person they are linked to thus sealing their own fate if it comes to it. See BillMc and colby, Sis C and lightfoot. But we weren't linked? I'm still confused

Sorry Lightfoot, I'm afraid you got the part about Sis C horribly wrong.
Both sides are still in this, although judging by the scum's comments from Night 5, they are likely to hit at least one of the masons tonight. Which could make claiming tomorrow really, really tricky.

Sis C's collar transmitter was deactivated on Night 2 by moodymitchy. This meant that if either of you died, the other was still safe.
At the start, this was not necessarily the case.

I'd have had an early end if MM hadn't severed himself.
only 2 scum left, will be interesting how it plays out
I was a bit confused the entire game anyway.

I just don't understand why the masons haven't claimed yet.
It's way past claiming time. At least one of them should have claimed the previous cycle. (i.e. not ToDay, but YesterDay)
The trick to mason claiming is when you decide to do it, you declare how many are out there, and you really only need one of you to claim at the start (if it's still no later than midgame). If you all claim, you give too much info to the scum. Town only needs to know that masons exist, and how many there are, at least in the beginning of it. Because scum are typically foolish to ever counterclaim a mason even when that mason is the only one left alive, because trading a mason lynch for a scum is always a good tactic. Except at lylo, which is why all masons should be out in the open before that point. Because at lylo, a scum counterclaiming a sole remaining mason can be a great way to get the mason lynched.
But like any mafia strategy, it's all situational.
And in this situation, the masons have dropped the ball. Because with two scum left, and one-mason dead, it might totally be a wise play for one of the scum to counter the remaining mason.

Gotta agree - the masons really should have spoken up, if only to strengthen the voting analysis - oh wait, no one has done that either.

I didn't see where the masons had bread crumbed either. but I could be blind. The one time I was a mason I made sure that the other knew where the post was where I had identified my counterpart incase I died ( or they did) that time it worked out

I don't believe they have breadcrumbed at all.

Gah:
Is scathach just not paying attention? Did she totally miss the fact that Caerie has claimed a protective gadget? Please, please let storeyteller come in and correct that.

Who knows? If she is really lucky, Caerie will mislay her PM again and it will go through.

Big Night for the town there. Caerie guesses right and blocks the scum kill.
That's two semi-confirmed town members right there. Once the masons come out, it's close to game over for the town.

Yeah, if Caerie states she protected Paul, and the masons finally claim, and if anyone actually looks at the voting record, then Town should win it.
